Questions we hear often

+How do I track my parcel?

Enter the number printed on the sticker (it starts with OBR) in the tracking box on the home page. You can track up to ten parcels at once.

+Who can see my parcel details?

Anyone with the number sees the progress, but names and phone numbers are partly hidden. Changes need a code sent to the receiver's phone.

+What is the 4-digit delivery code?

The receiver gets it by SMS when the parcel is out for delivery. Give it to the courier only when you hold the parcel: it proves the delivery.

+The receiver is not at home. What happens?

The courier records the attempt and the receiver gets a message to choose a new time. After three attempts the parcel returns to the sender.

+How is cash on delivery paid to merchants?

The courier hands the cash to the branch, and the merchant receives a settlement statement with the goods value minus our fees.

+What if my parcel is damaged or lost?

Open a claim from your account with photos. The compensation is limited by the declared value, or by weight when no value was declared.

+Which parcels can you not carry?

Dangerous, illegal or perishable goods and anything on the prohibited items list. Read the list before you send.

+How do I contact you?
