1. Acceptance
By booking a parcel the sender accepts these terms on behalf of the sender and the receiver.
2. What we carry
We carry parcels that are packed to survive normal handling and that are not on the prohibited items list.
3. Delivery
A parcel is delivered against the delivery code. Up to three attempts are made; after that the parcel returns to the sender.
4. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value, or to a weight based limit when no value was declared. Delay is refunded up to the carriage charge.
5. Claims
A claim must be filed within 30 days with the parcel number and photos of the damage.
6. Cash on delivery
Cash collected for a merchant is settled by statement after deducting the agreed fees and any freight on account.
